Ingredients

  • 3 Avocados pitted and peeled
  • 1 8 oz. package Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1.5 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 3/4 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese divided
  • 8 oz. Lump Crab Meat
  • 2 Tbsp Salted Butter
  • 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Dried Parsley
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine avocados, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, old bay seasoning, garlic powder, and salt.
  3. Using a handheld mixer with beaters attached, mix until well combined, about 1 minute.
  4. Add ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese and crab meat to bowl. Stir to combine with a spoon.
  5. Spread mixture into a greased 8 x 8-inch oven safe pan.
  6. Place butter in a small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or until melted.
  7. Add the breadcrumbs, dried parsley, and remaining cheese. Stir to combine.
  8. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the casserole dish, being sure to cover the entire surface.
  9. Bake in oven for 40 minutes, until the bread crumbs are golden brown and crispy.
  10. Serve while hot with tortilla chips.
